Can I do a flip or remodel work myself or would I need a team? 

we do residential rehabs and remodels mostly.  

I'm a home remodeler looking to invest in real estate in Oklahoma.  

You then have remodeled to sell to middle class, but they all started moving to homes, and now you have to get working class, that cannot support your rent payments needed for you to make a profit because of all your improvements or refinance.

This property will rent for $1,700 a month and is fully remodeled.

Find our the last time it all was remodeled what was done.

Since I've had 10 years framing houses and construction and a few years  remodeling homes, I did everything myself (with the help of family members of course).

I'm looking to do a remodel in Stone Mountain, specifically a major kitchen update.

I’m estimating the re model will cost 10k (so plan for 13), and the additional property about 17K with around 10k re modeling.I’m unsure if I should seek two loans one for each house or bundle them together.
