If you take the in classroom course, representatives from local RE Agencies sometimes come in and speak about that particular brokerage trying to recruit new agents.

I guess if someone recruited a bunch of people with decent credit scores and offered to pay a Prosper loan and give the borrower some of the money, then expand Ponzi style while paying loans and growing quickly before they eventually split, that could happen.

I think one major benefit to the Nashville area is the ability to expand, the state and local gov being business friendly, and the recruiting possibilities for jobs.

I prefer the corporate recruits, just much better tenant quality in my experience.
