I get where they're coming from - but it's still funny.The "number of properties owned" doesn't really say anything definitive about a person's wealth, income or experience (similar to Michael Siekerka's point earlier in this thread).It's kind of like judging an athlete based SOLELY on how much they can bench press.

We just looked at a place last weekend that has a really nice antique looking storage bench... we might have some arguments over that one if we buy the house.

Therefore we used to take a lot of the stuff home that tenants deemed worth leaving behind.Mismatched night stands, outdoor furniture, ceramic plant pots, cleaners, insecticides.Ah, that brings back memories.
