In my experience, those who tend to like the DSTs, and this type of solution, tend to be those who are 75 or older without a spouse or significant heirs and who are just looking to postpone the taxes beyond their likely life expectancy (recognizing, however, that this is an ever increasing target in some instances).One defect here is that you are totally out of control.   

I'm currently looking around Indianapolis area guys, I was about to go there this week to check some houses, but with the corona virus and people with short money to pay their rent, I'm postponing a little bit my plans....

Even after communicating the observed neglect she constantly postponed the inevitable. $650-750.This is not including a lot of little things she did to damage the place and I am not talking about ware and tear.

If the seller cannot deliver clear title or if they failed to do a prior statute enforced step...they may need to take it back and reprocess, or allow me to cancel.Just so you know if I had been the one needing to postpone closing, I could do so if agreed and if I paid $300 plus $100/day.Meanwhile, I can see that back up bids are coming in on this property that 'no one wants'.We can't list on MLS as the listing agent would need to cancel listing agreement with the bank the bank.
