I pondered this Liability question about 8 months ago and talked to my Erie Insurance Agent.

Not to mention Laurence's experience, among others.I have no problem paying a premium for a house that's ready to go with a paying tenant - however, I do have a problem hiring a PM whom I don't know, and receiving maintenance updates across the country all the while pondering how much rental income I will receive in a given month.  

I have an initial goal of attaining $3,000 per month ($36k annually) in income derived from real estate investments in order to supplement my full-time job.To kickstart this post, I thought I'd ask some questions to the community that I've been pondering over the course of my real estate education: First, market timing: I have the sense that the Dallas market has been on the upswing for the past several years, accelerating even more rapidly since the announcement of several major companies (including Toyota) moving to Plano.

I, too, was pondering if there were any rule of thumbs, especially after listening to Zeona's podcast (which was great).

Interesting point, Alice, and yes, I think a lot of us have pondered that question!

I just satisfied another 11 units, bringing me up to 19 'red' doors.I've pondered this as well.

Thoughts for sure would be to even get an extra $100 here or $75.00 there I’ll have to ponder on that.

A different perspective to ponder.

As i have more time because i'm not chasing deals really just managing i've become to ponder my company's business model more.
