Set up a Discovery call with a PM.

So I have an llc and business account set up for that llc, but I just bought a duplex with an fha loan which isn't in the llc because I couldn't get fha approved for the llc.

We also had to get a lease signed on our old home before we closed on the house, but we had everything set up and ready to list as soon as we got under contract.

It tends to get me results much faster than I receive results from the searches I have set up.

Now I finally did it, I gave 2 months notice to the property manager and set up my listing in Airbnb & Homeaway and opened up the calendar for November & December.

I have only 3 doors now but I'm getting more soon.Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with.I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide.

I do showings during an open house, advertise an hour window and anyone that wants to see it can swing in.I also would start with zillow rental manager and set up a separate gmail account for the property to link to the zillow account. 

Maybe chat with a financial advisor and have them help you set up an IRA and throw 25k directly into that on a high/medium/low-risk level and watch that slowly grow as a slush fund for further investments. 

My best piece of advice is to set up systems (property management service and automatic messaging).

Any suggestions on when is the best time to set up a LLC, is it too late to get it after an offer is accepted?
