Of course, to complicate matters (and here starts my dilemma), I am also rebuilding on my primary residence.

We use DealCheck to underwrite deals and QuickBooks Online for everything related to accounting and numbers.Classes allow for separate P&Ls for each property.

Luckily I was in a buyer's market at the time, but about 75% of agents did not even respond to me and I could not set up appointments online because I was not a MLS member.   

We have two hospitals, Timken Company, Diebold and of course the Pro Football Hall of Fame!

In our limited experience being on our own, finding the deal of course is the hardest part and is definitely a “it’s who you know” kind of deal.
