@Kevin Gray I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about this...we’re definitely looking at our highest tax bill ever this year and I’ve noticed others grumbling about it too.

All a smart tenant is going to do is not answer the door and no judge in america is gonna issue a warrant for marijuana odor.

This odor caused many Buyers to pass on the property, and in turn it sat on the property for longer than average causing the property to sell $10,000 lower than it should have.When the appraiser is reviewing the MLS and sees the pictures of the home, it appears to be in good condition.  

How do you feel this is right though yes hes letting us out of our lease however it clearly states a landlord has to make the home habitual, this I feel he has neglected, all he said is hes coming over putting a rent sign back out the house reaps of mustiness & other odors that no matter how good you clean its still there & how is it right that we are out security deposit on another home.
