With checkbook IRA you pay nominal custodian fee (under $200/yr) and have "checkbook control" so you won't have to go through the custodian for each transaction. 

Unfortunately because of the CTLRO we didn't take security deposit (1st time ever) and opted for a very nominal move in fee. 

A good Design-Build Contractor will provide 3-D designing services at a nominal cost that saves, in the long run, substantial costs, time and heart burns associated with undesirable results.

The amount can not be 'nominal'.

It is typical for Associations to be required to register with the State each year, or every other year, updating for the State their Board Member list; legal point of contact (such as a Managing Agent or PM); and paying a nominal "registration fee".

I think its worth the nominal fee she charges.

The difference between 40 or 30 in payment is nominal nothing.
