They went a step beyond and put money into the backyard space with a nice fire pit, string lights,  mulch, and lots of landscaping, which gives an awesome look.

It'll be nice to use just one software, but I think it's better to use both Buildium and QuickBooks if you want to keep track of everything, likes your assets. 

Or you could possibly sell and do one 1031 exchange into one property owned by one of you but again reported on both tax returns.It's always nice when the taxpayer and deed match up. 

So, it will be a long time unless you are lucky enough to get some market appreciation (prices can also go DOWN) for you to sell properties to get money for a down payment on a nice primary residence. 9.

Great neighborhood, great school district, big house, rehab done very nicely (may be biased) working with a very reputable well known agent and it’s been sitting on market now for 40 days even with a price drop.

The market overall is really good, nice job and population growth, and pro business.Good LuckGino
