Is there a case being made for this area being gentrified AND if so is there more momentum than Zappos for jobs that are bringing in millennial renters into this area?

Ultimately i am looking gain momentum for 2017.

Wholesaling is how I'm starting to gain momentum and invest in buy and hold properties.

As he says, "Nobody cares about the splits outside of the partnership" and the momentum took off from there.

But it could gain momentum over time.Great job finding any place. 

I want to cash out, they want to keep renting.i suggest them buying me out so i can put the money into other investments......6 months later they still don't want to refi, to pull out equity, or take another loan, or... because it will cost money, also they don't have the money in the bank. what are some suggestions to motivate this relative into a forward momentum? 

I also believe it'll will build momentum if I can get this deal and move on and make 20% ROI.

It has given me more momentum and connections to find better deals, Owner financing, private money, BRRRR deals, etc.

I've been slowly learning about real estate investing and would like to gain some momentum and increase cash flow via rental properties over he next couple of years.
