Your income proves you are exceptionally frugal, but there is no way to cover debt service on that salary any way you slice it.

A 12% note on a large loan is absolutely nuts anyway you slice it with the current cost of money.

The West Side was sliced up as additional Interstate highways were added over several decades.  

If they are successful, they slice of equity and push the deal out under market.
