Lots of good opportunities in HTX especially with the investor friendly zoning (or lack thereof). 

Construction/Labor is cheap and its a growing state with respect to population, and lack of available housing.All this being said...I CANNOT find a good deal.

I just got a duplex all in about 85k with 20k in rent, All the best  110K properties are like C properties and lack long term appreciation.What areas were you thinking? 

From what I’ve heard is that KW lacks in training, but some people deny this and say they’re good with their training and also the cap system is set up good so if you meet their cap, the rest after that is straight commission.

A "good deal" might be too far from the highway or lack surrounding amenities that are appealing.

Doesn't a lack of rental license render any lease void?  

We are somewhat upset at this point for their lack of responsiveness and communication.

Due to our lack of US income, a DSCR loan appears to be our sole viable option.

Did this buyer lack experience? 

Or is the rate on your mortgages higher than 5% + a lack of liquidity premium?
