Right now im looking to connect with anyone who is in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Virgina.

The rule works for me in PA and south jersey but in north jersey with high taxes it makes no sense.

I know that in staten island i won't be able to find these kind of offers but willing to look in new jersey(taxes are high).
