If you're planning to do a rent-by-room business model, you will find travelers on FF looking to rent a shared space, but just know that they tend to be on the lower end of the scale in terms of what they're willing to pay.

One thing I have found over the years is that trying to find the cheapest prices on every item often costs more in terms of time wasted that it is worth. 

With all of this, get really specific about what you are wanting to provide in terms of a resource.
