I found BiggerPockets.com just simply by doing a search on google for a place to interact with like-minded people.I look forward to being a sponge and absorbing everything you guys have to offer.

Watching my wife lovingly interact with her was the most amazing thing I will ever experience in my lifetime.

At least with REIA they teach, you can see, talk & interact with experienced like minded people who don't mind sharing & teaching you or holding your hand if need b

Im halfway through reading (listening) the 5 books that Brandon Turner recommended in a recent post:- Rich Dad Poor Dad, - The 4 hour workweek, - The total money makeover, - The Lean Startup, and - The One Thing - The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary ResultsAnother book i recommend is The ABCs of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroyAnyways hopefully I've informed some people who will find this useful!

Dan - Included in the Code of Ethics are certain things regarding how Realtors interact with each other.  

They want to imagine themselves interacting with the dog, playing with him, walking him, cuddling up on the couch with him.  

If you are serious about investing in real estate, interact on this site for a few months and watch what happens to both your knowledge and network.

(note: I now work with a local lender who is awesome).I hope to interact with many of you over the rest of my RE journey!

Going forward, I'll have much less interaction with them.
