It comes natural to spend time here on a regular basis or in phases, since, as a syndicator, I would otherwise have to spend more money on advertising and marketing in channels less targets and effective.Where else would I find such a focussed group of people wanting to invest their private capital into my projects to improve their yields and gain equity in a business secured by tangible assets?

If you buy at the right time you can make a lot of money in equity but pick the wrong phase of the cycle and you have to hold for a long time.

There can be a ton of paperwork, and some banks can get caught up in bureaucracy, but environmental inspections, appraisals, any other "Phase 1's," etc. are all standard.1 - I'd say 60-90 days is a generous closing period for a property & buyer both with good records and have their ducks in a row.2 - Of course.

I am a new member to BiggerPockets and starting my education and research phase of Real Estate Property Investing.I live in the San Francisco Bay Area - which is an insane market - and though I would love to meet people that live in this area to discuss real estate investing, etc, I would also really like to meet and speak with people all over the country to get a better feel and understanding of other markets.
