Ceramic, Vinyl, granite tiles or wood?

Once that bubble popped I ended up in Corporate America which has not been bad just not very fulfilling.I was able to still work some real estate as a small percentage partner.  

The city incorporated in 1911 with about 440 citizens living there.

I'm wondering, are you suggesting that I should either pay the funding fee out of pocket or adjust my asking price to incorporate the fee on the loan?

Also, you will get different answers from different individuals in this business as far as forming a business entity (e.g. incorporate, LLC).

I'm targeting multifamily, retail and office property owners; however, we also intend to incorporate single family lists into our marketing campaign at some point.Also, if anyone has any advice on creative design or copywrite language, that would be greatly appreciated too!
