Hey Virgilio,  I am very sorry for the very late reply, my apologies. 

@Rick H. when I titled it creative ways I was hoping a investor would tell me some ways they got their leads outside of hiring someone, that's why I asked about maybe reaching out to a attorney, my apology if the title was misleading.

Now, it's almost a month later, I have contacted her twice already, and she keeps apologizing and saying the bid is coming.Time is quite literally money here.
