If you do a google search will find that some unfortunate landlords were heavily fined for the same mistake.Take the complaint seriously.

Combined we had over 4M visits in January 2016 and are heavily focused on millennials and mobile users. 

Ensure to vet them heavily along with the area and product and do visit the place.

As long as your the only person in the LLC, the LLC is taxed the same way you are, the IRS recognizes the LLC as being just you so you aren't taxed differently or more heavily.

Excellent points @Richard F.With out-of-state rentals, I have to rely very heavily on strong property managers -- especially for construction/handymen and that can be tricky and, sometimes, expensive.

It really is insane, especially in Massachusetts where everything else seems so heavily regulated.Anyways good luck in your endeavors!!

Our landlord tenant board knowingly protects these tenants, tenants they have seen at the board many times before, yet repeatedly allows that tenant and their free legal aid to evade eviction in our heavily pro tenant environment. 

So I heavily emphasized on that matter and we struck a deal that won for the both of us.
