I've had very little luck with google.

There are lots of major companies moving and building out here like Intel, Meta, Google, Honda, etc.

I typically look at Loopnet, Crexi, and Google "Location + Multifamily Broker", any other recommendations?

You can also search Google and read reviews.

Lots of free info out there though - would recommend Googling "AirBnB Data Guy" where he gives his thought process in doing the analysis. 

With how many major companies moving and developing out here (Intel, Google, Amazon, Honda, etc.), the macroeconomics has been great resulting to population growth and job growth.

I personally recommend looking into out of state investing in a market like Columbus OH for cash flowing deals that hit the 1% rule and have lots of appreciation due to the great macroeconomics - population growth, job growth, and major companies developing here (Meta, Intel, Amazon, Google, etc.).

I would google the applicant’s names to get the details of the felonies and also look up their last address to see what the true story is.
