Nothing fancy.

Augustine...beautiful white sand beaches...good schools...music or art festivals every weekend...can dress like a pirate every day of the week...delicious seafood...lighthouse....lots of artists...great rental market...

That is a fancy way of saying that a group with a lot of power got together and forced an unfair deal on someone because they held all the cards. 

Create a logo -- or use your initials in fancy script as a logo -- and spend time time getting your documents on your computer with your logo and professional style headings.  

I now we all fancy ourselves to have positive personal relationships with our tenants, but when it comes down it this is still a business.Good Luck!

I know some of the newer ones are bi-level or super-expensive condo style, but mine was more of an artist loft. the people upstairs had a nice fancy place with exposed brick inside and a fireplace and they paid more for it. mine was simple, white, clean, and very artist-oriented with separate rooms and windows in between the rooms like little art showrooms.

Literally first day on the job, no keys, not to mention dressed like they were going to 'the late night after hours joint'.

It is not illegal to deny someone because you think they're a liar; because they have inappropriate tattoes; because they dress like a gang-banger, etc.

It's just leveling the house, nothing fancy.
