Though the contact number may be under my nose so far I was only able to reach a phone number that has an electronic message to all callers including an email address to which I have not received and reply as of yet...I googled of course but so far fishing nothing but dead ends.

My concern is that if I accept the electronic payment and then the other person does not pay or is late... if I have to go through the eviction process or charg a late fee... it could get tricky, right?

You can always just sign the docs electronically, but the bigger issue is that trying to buy houses sight-unseen if you're inexperienced is going to be a waste of time for everyone.

They also have another app/system called Docusign TR(Transaction Rooms) that is used by real estate professionals such as re investors, attorneys, realtors, real estate brokers which allows you to send/receive/share documents throughout a transaction between all parties, all done electronically.
