You need to either come up with the cash or find a replacement to step into your position who can perform so your existing partner can realize his expected return.I feel strongly (and you may not) that as the nonperforming party you owe a duty to your partner to move heaven and earth to fix this, even if the end result is you are out of this deal.

I love how non-chalant you make starting a syndication sound.... why not just become a brain surgeon or hedge fund manager, while your at it....be sure to learn the violin and saxophone, too...there are no shortcuts to bypass experience, and no experience teaches a louder more clear lesson than having your own equity(capital and sweat) tied up in dealsLASTLY...the pandemic saw the majority of syndications reduce or stop disbursements, while most individual investors were 100% collections combined with record breaking appreciation.The real question, is how on earth did you expect this post to go?

@Jimmy S.Hi Jimmy,Flea sprays work, but it's easier to use (Food Grade) Diatomaceous Earth.Just spread it over the carpet and pet a little on the cat.It works very quickly, and is non-toxic.Just make sure to get Food Grade and not any other kind, the other kinds are harmful to pets and humans.You can get it on the internet, it works great and it works very quickly.Just look up cat fleas "Food Grade" Diatomaceous Earth on the internet to learn about it.Good Luck!
