I am a property owner, and got good advice on several topics here.

Generally, your local, community, credit union will have best rates, local decisions and deep roots in the community. 

Also, there are more things to consider than max ROI.Most people start by picking a particular type/style of property that they like for some reason (usually a gut decision).

In the meantime, I'd recommend using the search function and set up keyword alerts to find other questions on land wholesaling, best investment strategies, and any other topics of interest.Excited to hear what you and your son have in the works, all the best!
