There have been a couple of decent things, but it's not a company I would  hire again.

That said, my last Booking.com guest a couple of weeks ago was a bit difficult pre-arrival but ended up being a great guest and left a 10 star review (no comments though).

I need credibility, either through working for a couple of years for a company or buying my own property, starting small, and scaling with time.Now, my plan is to graduate next year (Im a junior), and get a job in a firm as an analyst in order to build that experience and mainly cover my living expenses, while on the side buy my first small property and go from there.However, and this is where I start overthinking,  I still have 1 year left in school and I want to use it to my advantage as I don't have any expenses or responsibilities other than school yet, and I want to do my first deal.

A strong partnership is built on trust, shared values, and aligned goals, so it's not something to rush into.I recommend attending in-person networking events to meet like-minded individuals.

One of my attorneys just sent me a bill reminder a couple of weeks ago for a fee I had already paid back in June/July, which never went through, and that I sent again in August. 

I would suggest that you find some local meet-ups in your area and start attending. 

Capex and tenant issues tend to exceed cash flow and when you decide to exit after a couple of painful years, you are in for another surprise:It is shockingly hard to sell cheap homes!
