So if there is a tangible benefit to reducing the rate most lien holders will subordinate as long as there is no cash out or debt consolidation that increases their CLTV position.Just be careful who you go with because there are some banks/lenders not taking those loans...

I would try and consolidate those CC loans the best you can or also look at opening a separate account that has a 0% transfer rate for 12-18 months, transfer the debt and pay it off ASAP.

@Joe Splitrock I believe they extended the major parts though there are probably lots of devils in the details...On December 22, 2020, the President signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act.
