Hello @Andrew ReedThank you for your patience, it’s high season down here in Tulum and I have several clients in town, just had a moment to reply back.

HOA just pulled up 4 of my signs this week after courting investor client to buy there. 

Those are not client builds, they are in house. 

We work with a lot of relocation clients and when I ask many of them say, they had no idea, but they visited a while ago and really liked it.. 450k is about the most you can spend on a duplex here.
