Unfortunately these days it seems when you call a large bank you get a call center more often than not and if I ask the same question to 4 different people I can get 4 very different answers.  

I only ask because I managed a profit center for Lumber Liquidators for about 2 years and I was able to get 4 and 5 mm click vinyl for $1.59 before employee discount. 

Facebook and Apple have big data centers going in, and there's a huge mix of people. 

So if you can get a zoning variance to enable you to use it as a legal office,  wedding venue, accounting office, day care center.

The financial center of Brickell is beautiful and you can buy a brand new studio apt. for $400k.Homestead is experiencing new, rapid growth because they have the most vacant land in the Miami metro area, but it is at the very southern end of the peninsula. 

Trends such a military spending/deployments, time of year (school  months versus summer months), and commercial activity (Tech Center/Whole Foods) all seem to impact the rental market in Newport News to a considerable amount.

Upper Kirby, heights, and Med Center are other submarkets worth investigating.

It's for a class titled The American Economy since 1865 and my professor is giving us a pretty large avenue of topics to write about, as long as it connects to the U.S. economy in some fashion and is centered around a pre-1950 period of time.I wanted to write about something that I have an interest in, so I've narrowed it down to real estate (and preferably the commercial side).
