Why wasn’t he checking up on the subcontractor and giving you updates on the progress at least bi-weekly.No update from Kevin for three months? 

Personally I like NE outside of 1604 just because I believe that's the path of progress.

If I'm on a job for some reason; and there's something that needs done that needs some muscle, you can bet I'm not opposed to asking a man for help. 

I recognize my poor handling of abatement contractor resulted in virtually no progress when COVID lockdowns went into effect.
