Basic stuff like LTV, NOI, cap rate, etc...There are a few report types missing and you can't split expenses yet.

I have several current and former clients that have done similar projects, mostly in neighborhoods where either 1) they grew up in the neighborhood, 2) they still go to church in the area, or 3) they have a relative that still lives in the area.

Do you have an excel spreadsheet with actual numbers and projections?

Almost regardless of who teaches it - because the basics are the basics.But if you don't want to work then save your money - just look for sponsors/snydicators who can put your money to work.
