I haven't tried it yet as I'm thinking through the best way to "bake it in" to my pricing other than their recommendation which is to "raise my rates".  

Buyers seem much more aware of flood risks now, however, and they are passing on his property even though he's baking the flood risk into the price. 

@Ashish Acharya touched on this above.For 2018 and forward, C Corps are taxed at a flat 21% rate for federal.Florida has no individual income tax, but does have an income tax on C Corps.
