I just googled the demographics for that zipcode... less than 2% population actually have a bachelor degree....I would stay away...

I have one lot with a 3 bedroom house (family with 2 kids), and three efficiency units, each with a bachelor in them.

@Alicia Marks my wife listens to me talk about it until she's blue in the face, she has watched me purchase investment property... she has watched me as a bachelor, buy my first home as a foreclosure under market value and years later when it was time to sell, walk away with close to 6 figures... she understands the value of passive and residual income.BUT - after all of that, she doesn't have the entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness to take risk.

I also have a Bachelors in Social Work and soon to pursue a Masters in Management and Leadership - Organizational Behavior.  

I  am 21 years old and all set to graduate from Bowling Green State University with my Bachelors in Aviation Management this December.   

You will not be able to live in an upper middle-class neighborhood and pay $15,000 to $30,000 per year to send any children, or grandchildren to college for the 4 to 9 years it takes to get a bachelor of Phd. degree.How would you know when you actually reach financial freedom?

Also, with the re-addition of student loans and growing demand for bachelor's degrees for minimum wage jobs outside of retail, come January next year we may start to see the economy slow down for those that were ignorant and unprepared.

My take on tuition rates, from my experience teaching at 2 different universities over the last 16 years, and of course having gone to two different universities personally while getting a bachelors, masters, and doctorate:1.

Everything is not Dancing with the Stars, or American Idol, or Extreme Makeover Home edition, or The Bachelor/Bachelorette.

I also have obtained 2 bachelor's degrees (biology/nursing) so I am no stranger to studying my *** off. so I had a lot going for me when I started.
