How do you see recent volatility in equities affecting Real Estate?

Penny Stocks are too volatile for 99% of the people. 

They tend to have volatile relationships, don't know how to keep a clean home, break their lease and move away at a moment's notice, etc. 

Definitely buy another real estate, stock market fluctuates too volatile, taking HELOCs out with a relatively high interest rate, I'd definitely re-invest into another real estate which is much more stable than stocks.

Hards money is great but it is volatile.

I think that it's being overlooked as an investment opportunity because the market has been so volatile with oil production coming and going but vacancies are becoming harder to find and quality properties are trending upward.

It is less than ideal of a situation so that is what makes this so volatile - how this comes across to buyers. 

Hard to answer if you're investing in multi since multi is one of the most volatile REI you can use. 

I have some investment experience in stocks and cryptocurrencies but the volatility and risk involved in both have motivated me to look for other ways to invest, so for the past 6 months to a year I've been looking into various options.

Plus Oklahoma doesn’t have much volatility in a crash like 2008!
