I'm sure they also told you their systems will protect against aggressive attorneys and creditors and make you invisible so nobody will ever dare file a claim against you...it's all a money grab.If you are a sole proprietor I am putting my money on the fact a single member LLC in the state in which you live/own real estate will suffice.

I don't know a single person affected by tornado in Dallas while we have had them and I have seen the destruction.   

I own a single family home in Socal that my wife and i currently living in.

Currently I am working on 2 single family homes, with the help of my realtor and mentor, Gloria N Gear. 

I also want to clarify that I do still keep a decent amount of cash - just not enough to cover every single property roof at the same time if that ever happened for some reason.

Seems like maybe he uses the fact that buyers and sellers sometimes lie as justification to set the bar super low for himself when it comes to telling the truth?
