I am looking to change my life and the lives of those around me by investing in Real Estate.I am most interested in long-term Rental Properties, moving into short-term like air bnb and flipping.

There are other investments like air-bnbs where owners rent by the night similar to a hotel and those are referred to as short term rentals. 

I am currently searching in the Spring area near the airport, the woodlands, Splashtown, and hospitals nearby.

I’ve tried eating 1x a day for 1 year (Not healthy for me) and various water fasting protocols to eventually settling on my current lifestyle of: 1)Taking stairs daily 2)Intermittent fasting of 16 hours daily/ 3-4 Day water fasts Quarterly3)Mineral consumption daily using Fulvic Acid, Icelandic Kelp, a powdered Electrolyte to regular water, Spring Water (Minerals are ESSENTIAL to hydration) 4)Daily Fruit consumption 5)Grass Fed, Grass finished Beef 6)Minimal Fried foods (I still LOVE French fries) 7)No seed oils (only Tallow, butter and/or avocado oil) 8)Cut back on white flour and grains (Minimal breads, pastry, pasta) 9)No soda 10)No dairy (Cow’s milk is for baby calfs)11)Minimal alcohol (Maybe Vodka or Tequila RARELY) 12)At lease 7 hours of sleep daily13)No watching CNN, MSNBC, NY TImes, Washington Post, NPR or ABC, NBC, CBS…………….

Or about them using the property for Air Bnb or subletting? 

All my portfolio is actually in Sugar Land, Katy, Cypress and Spring. 

I'm guessing after logging died down they had a steep decline but seems to be on the upswing now... low cost of living and good recession-proof jobs due to the Air Force, Sky Lakes Medical Center and Oregon Tech...

For example, the city of Palm Springs has a hard-limit on the number of STR rental permits it allows (and it has a huge "wait list").

I'm underwriting a building now that's in a salt air city, a block from the beach. 

The single-minded focus on cash flow, even while house-hacking, has prevented so many people from buying here in Denver and Colorado Springs.
