Try not to look at your personnel finances like a anchor .

I ask because I know many Military personnel who rent because they move so often.

We also have fees if we need to reschedule a walk-through last minute at a tenants request, for giving access to a tenants cleaning personnel, for dealing with trash cans that were left behind, and for lost keys, etc.  

I imagine we'll be closer to 100% in the next couple of years as we're adding more resident training and more enforcement personnel. 

But, I have a related and fully licensed and compliant finance company and the sales personnel to make the possible a reality.Here is something to consider when others are outbidding you.

During my last call to her assistant, I asked to speak with her personnel who handles evictions, and was told that they would get back to me if they want to let me have that contact info.If anyone has any thoughts on whether I'm correct in questioning whether she is the right fit or whether I'm being paranoid, I'd love to hear it.ThanksJohn

So far, I've only compared 2 repairs (replacing a water heater and changing a light fixture), and the contractors they referred me to were higher than my personnel. 

All military bases have plenty of renters or people looking to buy homes in the area and this will be even more so with the huge influx of personnel moving to the area.

The packages offered and pricing tiers changed a bit but the personnel is still the same.
