So where is this mystery house  :)  buyers in that price range normally can stroke a check. so that's not an issue its just finding the right one who wants to live in that area.

I have a 6-unit B class property with all inherited tenants.  It has now been a year and no big issues, moving right along.  All of a sudden I get a call from a tenant saying there is a major leak.  I go over to check...

I have no idea why all the press about them makes their model sound so vague and mysterious. 

It's like these guys overpaid for a mystery hotel room on Hotwire and are now complaining to the front desk because they think they should be at the Four Seasons hotel and not the Howard Johnson's room they paid for

Since I am in the Baltimore area , and the murder rate is high here , and Chicago is much higher than Baltimore .  

My complex is in an undesirable part of town: assaults, drug trafficking and the occasional murder all taking place virtually down the block.
