Joey- I just gave the broker a call and he verified that it is a complete teardown. 

So Joe, yes we do have that contract of sale and have been meeting the conditions of it as far as payments, taxes, insurance.

Typically Porter Paint (PPG)  Eggshell sheen -- Hi - Hide or if you want to go cheaper Speed Hide -- however if you set up an account at Porter there isn't much of a price difference.Sherwin Williams has similar products -- I've just developed an affinity for Porter.If you're painting trim - use enamel paint.  

I agree with Joey,  the heat cost will vary greatly depending on the system and way it is metered.
