@Matt Smith I recently signed up for Mike Wagner’s FREE 7 day course at Storage Rebellion and am learning more than I could imagine in less than a week!

The work still has to get done, and for reasons cited, could become more complex, I'd imagine most individual brokers will want to keep more of the lion's share. 

If BRRRR is too basic, I may opt for multifamily as a better fit, even though it is not likely in my near future, as I imagine much of the coursework will be directly transferrable to real estate at any scale.  

If no one bids at a crazy low price I imagine the trustees feel there is no demand and obviously aren't going to bid against no one and it goes REO.

Maybe, with my wife, I should approach it from a new home standpoint because she loves looking at homes and imagining herself in a nice new home.

Given the population of Roseville and it's proximity to Sac, which also has a ton of properties available for longer stays, I would imagine there's a lot of competition.

I can't imagine that @Engelo Rumora or any of my providers would do that.

thanks for your reply. that particular property is also a resale opportunity ..but I definitely need to know more about the how the system works. probably a trip tomorrow to the City of Chicago building department ..urghhhh I imagine there is a demo schedule, but we've never gotten to the point where a demo was actually scheduled.  

You need a license, it’s pretty simple.Think about it for a second, could you imagine the theft and insanity if literally ANYONE could just sign up and gain access to listed homes with a lockbox.
