You came to this forum that I started, I am just responding.If you go back and listen to the first time I was a guest on the BP Podcast (yes, I have been on twice and no that's not a brag, it's just a fact), a quarter of the show was about how people can succeed in the forums here.

There is some risk there could be issues those last two weeks, but I would just treat him as a guest of tenant A since it isn't very long.  

What towns are popular and attract guests? 

One of my listings is a guest room in our home and the other listing is an in-law apartment on the first floor of our home. 

Year round tourist demand in Tahoe creates lots of opportunity for the guest rooms. 

I've shifted my focus from weekend stays to targeting guests who need accommodations for 30+ days.

I would rate it... but all you guys do is tell dumb jokes, not listen to your guests and bag on Detroit.Seriously though it's my number one favorite podcast...  

It really needs new cabinets, but guests think the kitchen is great because they have a new coat of paint, and already had granite counters.
