If you bring in subs that aren't familiar with each other and you yourself don't entirely understand what the process is and how it should work, you will most likely end up with a lot of finger pointing.

It's basic human nature that people are self-interested, so that's nothing new.Instead of pointing the finger at everyone else, it might be time to point it at yourself.

If needed I could easily put my finger on any information needed years from now, even after those thermal receipts have faded.I don't think you need an invoice if you can prove you made the payment for a tax deductible item.An invoice by itself just shows you were billed, it doesn't show you actually made the payment.
