My experience with Morris was that there is a disconnect between what you see on line, and what is actually going on.

Long lengths is bad because that gauge of wire is not cheap.Around here they dont disconnect the transformer when the utility company ups the service , they work on the wires while they are hot .

There are signs to look for with underground oil tank such as a visible vent and/or filler pipes, disconnected oil lines coming through the foundation wall which was the supply and return lines from the heating oil tank, a concrete channel may be visible in the basement floor that leads to the furnace area.

Ryan, I'm not sure where the disconnect is but when you buy "a warehouse or a principal office location" that real estate purchase is NOT tax deductible to a corporation, and so those profits WOULD be taxed even though you spent them all.

I was able to file a renters insurance claim when they disconnected their washing machine on move out and it flooded and their company paid for it. 

I decided to disconnect their electric and water, then I gave them the phone number of a person that was starting their very first STR.

It can also feel more disconnected from the rest of JC with all the highway off ramps and underpasses..kind of reminds me of a mini version of Red Hook, Brooklyn... 

After reading many of the posts in this thread, I think the disconnect is most on BP don't understand the difference between an average return and a compound annual growth rate, so when DR does it they don't see it as a big deal? 

.- however, the 30YFRM doesn't create a bull run in real estate except during mid of 1970s, there were several things happening in the 70's : the disconnection between gold and the dollar and creating a disconnection between wage and productivity; and the massive inflation due to oil shortage of OPEC embargo.
