Things moved really quickly for me since I introduced myself in the BP forums couple of months back.

I am new to biggerpockets and I wanted to introduce myself to the community.

I just wanted to introduce myself to this great community and start using this platform as a way to network with others both in LA and abroad.  

If it is hard, that means your stretching and growing to be the ever more successful version of you.I would say attend the local events and make a goal of walking up to a certain number of people and introducing yourself.

I have recently been introduced to the real estate world and joined BP because I wanted to be exposed to as much information and wisdom as possible, while making connections with people with similar mindsets.

Nets out zero on the P&L.I have also introduced tenants to services (counseling for hoarding disorder, in particular) and have helped one Section 8 elderly tenant work through their paperwork.In my neck of the woods, low income elderly people are first in line for Section 8 vouchers.
