The mini choppers don't seem to get used much, but I do a test 2x a year on each small appliance and they all still work as new.Also, things like the coffee pot are spares that sit in the pantry.

If someone is in pre-foreclosure due to covid, that's going to take several months to quit or get off the pot, as they say.Stay patient.

Im hearing that attorneys haven’t got the deed from title company yet and Covid is causing delay in getting it back from the cook county.

Cook county is unique for this reason.

When they get back to my places they just want to drink beer, cook dinner, and go to bed.

Last resort - if they stop paying you may have to implement, "Cash-for-keys" - an expedited way to get them to move out without waiting for cook county sheriff to arrive/courts to open 6-12 months - GIVE THEM MONEY for a moving truck.

This sounds great, at least I thought it was, but I was not ready to be a teacher, a dad, a worker, a landlord, a cook, and an investor all at the same time.

Cook County is worse than other counties, and Chicago is even worse for the landlords.
