CNBC/Shepard Smith reported there was a job fair in Atlantic City last week.  9 casinos 1800 jobs, 20 people showed up.

Just a stone's throw away from Lake Texoma and the casinos.   

There's a casino and a giant abandoned mall right at US-40 & the 270 beltway just waiting to be developed into something new.. 

Many come on sites like this to boast about their outsized returns or to sell you on a sure-fire system that will make you millions but it's best to filter out the noise.  

We have low tax rates, high income, new sports teams (Oakland A's) and businesses coming to town all the time, as well as new casinos opening. 

@Zachary Wurtz  I'm sure you don't intend it.....but this is how most folks on this forum will hear your comments:  "Hey everyone, I'd like to go to the casino and spend an evening gambling....would any of you let me use your money?

. :)  you see the same in Texas in some markets preying on non English speaking.. buy a house for 10 or 15k sell it on contract for 50k without doing anything to it to a non English speaker on terms.there was a guy boasting about it on BP and he finally got ran off the site..  

It has been a journey and I have been cash flow positive but nothing too crazy to boast about.

Hueytown boast a slightly higher owner occupant to tenant resident rate, so you will find better comparable sales in the area, and thus sometimes a higher price of acquisition in this area.
