The owner had been allegedly involved in mortgage fraud.I posted because people should know that something went wrong with the property and that is why it is being foreclosed on. 

Yes Cameron, I will not put my home into an LLC, I am looking to buy a rental property and placing that into an LLC.

A good and experienced Attorney likes for all investments have a LLC separately so the others can't be reached if the problem allegedly occurred at one place nor you personally.
