The trader usually doesn't just send out a tape to just one entity - they send it to several and wait for the best bid - we don't pull a ton from Florida because we're not willing to bid what some other companies are willing to bid.

Yes the solo 401k plan does have many great benefits, such as the following:The solo 401k allows for checkbook control from the onset;The solo 401k allows for personal loan known as a solo 401k loan;The Solo 401k may be invested in life insurance, bitcoin, real estate, notes, tax liens, etc.

It is valuable if you are dealing with traders and speculators like Niederhoffer or the like but these guys are not interested in the few million I could put to use.

I am a Technical Futures Trader who uses a chart to just Trade the Current Price Movement, or scalper, regardless of the Fundamentals.

I have been to Tax Planning Seminars for Stock Traders where they try and get you to jump through hoops to make your trading easy to keep track of and be declared a Trader.
