@Anthony Gayden  if your curious about values... also check out Australia  its ever higher than Canada and has the same circumstances.. huge land and mineral wealth.. much of the land is uninhabitable and 90% of the population lives within 50 miles of the Oceans.From my personal perspective..

G'day to Engelo and Helen.Unlike Helen, I did not invest in Australia and got entangled to some scrupulous educators who flew from Utah, U.S.A. and then went a head and purchased a property what they offered at a buying summit in the Gold Coast.

I have flipped 2 houses in Australia but living In canada now and starting the process here!

But I have been living in Australia on four separate occasions since 1999.  

Are you an expat or living in Australia as considerably tax advantages as an expat

I didn't even mention that I'm spending a lot of the next academic year in Australia for my research, which will be awesome!
