I realize it's a pretty specific scenario but at the same time I image most people start on only AirBNB and then expand to VRBO once they have their listing stablized.

You should really go for images and text, but the trick is to really put thought and effort into them.

So far in August we have $1800 booked (first 2 weekends) then a week stay from Wed-Wed The 21st-31st are current not booked.
